Originally designed for RC aircraft, these machined aluminum tensioners provide a 30:1 tuning ratio and incredible stability. Tuning with a 2.5mm allen wrench reduces weight, bulk, and fragile parts.
8″ Remo Head
Key to this banjo’s functionality, an 8″ Remo hand drum serves as the rim and head. This eliminates the need for heavy tensioning hardware, and the smaller diameter head resists changes in temperature that affect tuning.
Extended Fretboard
22″ scale, 24 frets, and a clawhammer scoop provide amazing versatility across 3 octaves. It tunes to Open A or Open G on medium gauge strings.
Adjustable Action
Adjustable action allows for a custom setup and a variety of bridge heights to fit your tone and playing style.
